The secret to healthy skin is under the skin. The Fascia can pull the skin inwards to cause skin distortions such as wrinkles, saggy skin, saddlebags, and scarring. The FASCIA also houses the blood! This is important because the blood is what carries the nutrients to the cells of the body, including the SKIN!

Fascia shapes and maintains the skin's firmness. It supports and molds the skin's primary structure. This is why techniques like Fascia Blasting are so effective for addressing cellulite and wrinkles.

During sessions, a variety of tools are utilized to manipulate the fascia. One such tool is the PaddleBlaster, the largest of its kind, featuring three rows of mini claws. It is designed for quick warm-ups, significantly enhancing circulation to the lower extremities in just minutes!
